Equal Pay for Equal Work

All other things being equal (type of job, quality of work one does on the job), are women less likely to negotiate their salaries up than men? Are egalitarian men less likely to negotiate up than traditional men? Does this factor in to the reality that traditional men make $11,000 more than egalitarian men at the same job, and $14,000 more than traditional women at the same job?
